Being really sick a few days did push the exercise days around for a few days but in the end I completed all of the exercises. With that I continued my exercise each week and did not give up. I remember after that exercise I said to my husband in pure sarcasmРІР‚Сњ SheРІР‚в„ўs trying to kill us!РІР‚Сњ I literally felt like I had one of the best exercises in a while. Alright thatРІР‚в„ўs a great sign! The last work out in the week I realized the amount of time in the exercises was raised. After the first exercise I realized I was breathing a little heavy. Perfect! Now lets put this exercise to the test. The things I liked the most was that its only 30 days, at home, doesnРІР‚в„ўt need equipment and I can do this while taking care of my daughter. Well my birthday came around and then I finally decided to take the plunge and just try out the exercise plan! That is exactly what I did! I looked into each of these but thought well not right now I will try out her exercises that she posts daily. I noticed that she has 3 work out challenges to choose from or pick all three! The choices were Sore to the Core- 30 Day Ab Challenge, Butt and Leg- 30 Day Challenge, or 30- Day Upper Body Challenge. I had see a few post on the Alexa Jean Fitness Instagram account about trying out her 30 day work out plans.

I just thought well I want a challenge, I donРІР‚в„ўt want to get done with this and not feel anything.Р”Р‡ast forward to the month of June. But still for some reason I did not try to perform the exercises. So I started to think this doesnРІР‚в„ўt look hard at all. So for example she would have you do crunches with 4 other exercises, perform that for 12 reps, and then 4 sets. It would be about 5 different exercises for so many reps for so many sets. That was the beginning of me saying yes to this work out.Р”Р„ few months went by and I would see daily new exercises that you can try out. Work outs that I donРІР‚в„ўt need to purchase a gym for, exercise clothing or need a baby sitter. So after looking at the account I started to realize here is a woman that does exactly what I am looking for. She said it is called Alexa Jean Fitness. She said just a few months before she found this really awesome Instagram account I should start following. About a year ago I was talking to my sister about work out plans and ones that I can handle at home. Now before I jump ahead of myself I want to just explain a little on how I РІР‚СљstumbledРІР‚Сњ upon this all. I didnРІР‚в„ўt see it at the time but then three weeks ago I found myself paying around $10.00 for this work out pdf. Also I donРІР‚в„ўt want to pay an arm and a leg for a work out plan yet not feel or see results.Р”Р‡or about a year in the making I have been slowly leading to trying this new work out plan. It needs to be something that I can do while my daughter naps or when I have a few minutes. As many of you know by now I love to find some work out plans that last about a month long and that is something I can do at home.
